Right panel gets blocked when zoomed in

As I am using a small screen for my work, I need to zoom in to work with the text comfortably. The right panel however gets blocked by the top bar when zoomed. Can this bug be fixed? Thanks! !

@sati Features "Changing font size" is added in the todo list.
